Rachel the supervisor isn't professional (LIED) also racist and disrespectful against what her boss Miranda authorized! Ruby and Rachel are incompetent and give TRIOS A VERY BAD NAME!!! POSITIVE - Miranda the manager is pleasant, professional and compassionate to deal with. Secretary Bobby-Jo she was top notch! I feel sorry for the students under these conditions, had good experience from students I dealt with. Regional manager Mark was excellent to deal with and had no idea the DISCRIMINATION was happening at the Massage Clinic. I have confidence he'll make sure racism won't exist moving forward!
