Overall outstanding customer service.
Outstanding service from the time I first queried the service desk until I received my vehicle. Service Advisor Rick Phillips actually took the time to explain in detail what the issues were and what needed to be done for repair. Also kept me apprised of ongoing repairs and advised of additional repairs that may need to be completed at a later time. Thanx!
