Worst experience ever!

Took our Chevy Silverado to Murray's here in Moose Jaw because it wouldn't start when its cold, had the truck for a week, they talked to different reps and support techs, said couldn't fix it and still charged us $1100.00. I feel if they couldn't fix it they shouldn't charge more than a diagnostic fee...not $1100 for a truck that's not fixed, this is poor business practice. We have a business and a fleet of Chevy trucks that will not be returning to your business if this is not resolved!
