She answered questions and was extremely diligent on the pro’s and cons of the models I was interested in. That’s what sold me to change over from another vehicle type to the Mazda family. She was accommodating of my fathers disability and treated us not just like perspective buyers but almost like friends. I can’t say enough good about my experience!
