Lower ball joints
Shop diagnosed and priced lower ball joints for both sides saying they were worn out. After ordering the parts myself and going to install I learned that the ball joints were in new condition and had no flaw. I removed one to change seeing as I had the parts and would happily show management the new condition of the part they insisted was worn out.
