Terrible after purchasing several high end cars

I recently got my new vehicle my lease was up I tell them what I want and they always miss lead you options I wanted mike told me I have to go technik model so I did when I picked up the car they rushed me Alex is very rude once he was screaming in front my family that it's closing time come back again my wife and my son were so upset anyhow I told them I don't want to deal with him in future guess what when I picked up the vehicle I had to deal with him again he is so rude and aggressive he forced us so much wouldn't let us look the car if it has any scratches or damage Nick is also very rude never answer the phone and never reply the email I requested to talk to mrak so far no luck new car already went in service department due to Audi Ottawa not checking properly before delivery and they charge you pdi I have health issues Nick made me so upset I was in bed for more than a month car had defective tires navigation not working I once again request to Speak to mrak after getting several cars from them it's very hurtful the way they treat you I suppose to deal with Caroline when picking up my car Nick Natasha Alex they laugh and walk away and hide I never knew Natasha till I approached her after waiting for one hour to speak to mike Silverstone please treat your customers nice you are in business because of customers hoping to hear soon from mrak. Thanks
