Very Poor Quality Control

On a positive note Mark from sales was great but that's where it ends. We arrived for new vehicle pick-up, drove home and next day "Low Oil Level" light comes on, checked level and level showed 1/4 on dip stick! Had to purchase oil and add 1/2 Litre to clear level light??? Informed Haldimand and they wanted car returned to inspect for leaks (which no leak was found which I knew) so 1 hr drive home after pick-up and then 1 hr drive to return and then another 1 hr drive home. Then 9 days later wheel caliper seizes, call them and another 1 hr drive to find out they needed to change both rear breaks (Calipers, pads, rotors)...Had to leave vehicle over weekend as some parts not available. This really baffles me as the vehicle was supposed to have a complete "safety Inspection" completed prior to pick-up! This tells me that their "Quality Control" needs some better "Quality Control"!!!! Only writing this here because I cannot find a direct email to the Service Manager to discuss. Not very impressed with what transpired as the extra travel cost and time should not have happened in the first place if the vehicle was inspected & repaired properly in first place!
