Disgusting sales experience today would really like to talk with the president Bill Duffield . Mr. Duffield and I were going to have a conversation a few years ago over some concerns. This is not my first unexceptionable experience with BMW and Mini I own a Mini Cooper and a BMW. Disgusted with the treatment I received today in the sales department. I would expect a call back from President of BMW London before I report this to H.O office BMW.
