Worse service ever. Be warned
The sale process was OK, the service was by far the worse that I have ever seen with any other dealership. Few things to note for and be prepared if you decide to service your vehicle at this dealership:
1. Appointments are usually 4 to 5 weeks ahead. Cant get any appointments before that
2. No loaners are ever available
3. No matter what type of service you go there for, be prepared to stay without your vehicle for at least a couple of days+ and NO LOANER. Real issues with time management at this dealership. If you were unlucky like me you will be without a car for 4 full days to fix an AC problem and again no loaner because loaners are reserved for major repairs!! (pretty much customers paying more. seriously??)
4. Bad customer service overall. Good luck getting an update on your repairs or getting them done on time.
5. You will only get a survey to share your feedback if you were happy. Unhappy customers like me don't deserve to receive a survey to share their feedback according to this dealership (integrity issues with the customer survey program?).
