Horrible and Unresponsive Customer Service
My car had a recall and was sent in to be fixed. I submitted the necessary receipts on Sept. 6 2022. Since then I had heard nothing. I have emailed x2 to the assistant Manager ( Sept. 9 and Sept. 13th) and left two voice mails ( Sept. 16th and Sept. 20). Not one person has called me back to inform me of any updates. It is now 11 business days - attempts to get an update and nothing. I am consistently passed around to different people. It feels VERY unorganized.
