Brand new truck with faulty parts and poor followup in fixing the issue

Bought 2022 Ram in November and the next day realized there was issue with overhead console. Had to take the truck in twice before they could figure that it needs replacement part. First visit they did not even check the issue and second time after they suggested part replacement. Surprisingly still waiting on it. The service customer service is very poor, they have my name in the system from the bill of sale and parts purchase and still can get it right on their paperwork. I would give a negative star if possible.

Navdeep, when you when in on November 15th we ordered the overhead console for your truck. You were advised it would be around 3 weeks. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for the part from our supplier. When the part arrives at our dealership we will contact you to have the repair completed. We apologize for the wait and we will get your issue fixed up as soon as we receive the part.
