Very considerate of health issues.
I needed to find a new vehicle after being in a MVA but was suffering from bruised ribs & other injuries. Brett was very accommodating with making vehicles available near my physio time slots. He ensured that windows were down to prevent any odours that might trigger coughing. He was available to answer questions.
