Courteous. However the person in charge of contacting me when the part in question had arrived had not done his/her job.i had to call several days later to inquire if the part had come in.
Courteous. However the person in charge of contacting me when the required part arrived did not do his/her job.,I phoned several days later to inquire if the part had arrived. In fact it had come but no one contacted me about it.
