They didn't do everything on the work order, so we had to make another appointment and go back.
Was booked on for 20000 km service. Was told on the phone they would do oil change and rear diff fluid change. All they did was the oil and told us we had no block heater. We do have a block heater. Somehow it just wasn't connected. My husband had to show it to them. Very very sad.
