Absolutely awful customer service, start to finish.

Absolutely awful experience. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and go to a bigger, more reputable dealership, one that will hold themselves accountable for there business, promises, and actions. I had to call to make sure they did what they said they would do, got handed off from one person to another over and over, and now I am being ignored. All I did was ask that they keep there promises and do there job. They said they would to fix a few things on the vehicle we bought, which was in the terms of our purchase, get us a second key fob (which they did but it ended up not working, locked me out of my car, and now they won't refund me so I can go elsewhere to get one), they didn't pay out my existing loan so I was charged multiple times for a car I no longer owned, our car has an outsatdnung recall on it so it should have never been able to be safetied, it also has two oil leaks which mechanic has told us will cost $1400+ which didn't just show up over a matter of 3 months. We have been handed off, from one person to another, in fact most of the ppl we were talking with before things got resolved, time and time again, and now we are being ignored and left to figure it out on our own. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.
