2012 Chev Traverse
I took my car in thinking I had possible timing chain issues or something in that area but the tech misdiagnosed the issue and replaced parts that didn't fix the problem. I took my car back in and it took 2 days to get it in even though I had an appointment. They diagnosed a bad camshaft and recommended I do the timing chain and gears while the cat was apart. They had to order the parts from the US. It took a few business days to arrive. They spent the rest of the week putting the car back together and then told me that my motor had to come out a second time as my one cylinder head was also bad which wasn't diagnosed originally. I was told they were ordering from US by air and it should be in within a few days. It appears it wasn't sent by air as it took 14 days for the parts to come. Eventually my car was repaired and Darren Bast had it run through the detail shop for me.
Darren did look out for me with pricing and keeping me informed. I have nothing but good to say about Darren's service. Top notch. Only issue was failure to diagnosed my problems and taking my motor out twice and my car was gone for 38 full days.
So the only reason I didn't put a scathing review up here and online for my friends was the service Darren provided me.
