excellent work, communication issue

Hi. This service visit was to have a windshield replaced. There was a wait of several months for the new windshield ( a supply chain issue, one assumes) and then a communication issue about when it arrived. This was not a crisis but the did result in a delay. I am very happy with the new windshield and the speed and service on the day of the repair.
