I purchased my 2018 Toyota CH-R last year and noticed recently there was an intermittent issue with the a/c. I took it for an oil change and to have them take a look at it. When I bought the car, I was talked into the extended warranty and was told ‘nothing to worry about for 3 years!’ And on the first time I need that warranty, I’m told I will have to pay $250 for the diagnostic. I have to return in 2 weeks for them to look for the leak and was told there might be a charge then too. Don’t get talked into the extended warranty. I’m just going to ride my warranty out and I will never be back. Sales staff should be held accountable for what they tell customers.
