The people were great to deal with, the vehicle meets my expectations, but the vehicle took much, much longer to come in than was anticipated.
We had test-driven a new Sienna and liked it. We decided that we would take the plunge and buy one. When we ordered our vehicle in late 2021 we were told that it would take 8 to 12 weeks for it to come in. Our van arrived a little over 19 months later - it had become rather comical having to wait that long - we knew people who had ordered a Venza four months after we ordered our van, and they received it a year before we did. Ultimately, that is the only problem with the whole process - if we did not already have a great van (Honda Odyssey), it would be unlikely that we would have had the patience to become Toyota owners.
Since it arrived, we have been happy with the van. The sales process was excellent, the people were great to deal with at Rainbow, and the van has absolutely stunning fuel mileage for its size. Frustrated though we may have been, I am glad that we purchased the van, and I look forward to future dealings at Rainbow Toyota.
