Big Scam, Please Avoid

Tried to buy a car here. Short story is, big mistake, these guys are the definition of scumbag used car salesman. Long story follows. After being directed to a Honda civic that was just purchased at auction, I was told by Dylan, the owner's son, that the car was on it's way (and also that it was white; turns out "the system" doesn't work so well, it was grey. No big deal by itself really). This was on Friday September 1st. I was encouraged to put a deposit down on the vehicle by Kyler, the finance guy, as it was a desired vehicle that could go quickly. So I put 500 bucks down to negotiate the sale. After not hearing from anyone for a week, I contacted dylan again, who told me, verbatim "we have a shipment coming in Monday night, fingers crossed it's on there". Which I thought was weird, not knowing where the car is after taking a deposit. This was on the 9th. The car showed up on the monday night shipment, and i went to check it out. I had to shop around for insurance, and discovered that a civic was considered a "sports car", and with a limited driving record my insurance rate was nearly 500 bucks. I talked it over with dylan and Kyler, and eventually decided to not buy the civic. This was on the thursday, three days after the car showed up and two weeks after I had put the deposit down. I was told I could not get the deposit back because "it's been over a week". Of course, this was because the car had taken that long to show up. I plan on fighting to get my money back from these thieves, but to anyone who made it this far reading this: stay as far away from these people as possible. They're dishonest and downright scumbags.
