Nice car - sub-optimal customer service

We recently purchased a brand new CRV from this dealership. Upon picking up the car we noticed a defect part in the trunk which Julio, our sales rep made note of and promised to address the next day. Almost two weeks later, we are still waiting to hear from him or anybody else at the dealership. We talked in person with Julio more than once, spoke in person with two staff members at the Service Department, emailed the manager and still no answers! We are happy with the car but somewhat disappointed with the tardiness and the level of customer service. A brand new car deserves better support and customer care from the dealership than what we have experienced to this point.

Hello Hamed, Thank you for your review however we feel the facts you have listed are not entirely accurate. The vehicle at delivery did not have any defect parts, the part as communicated from you to the Sales person was broken by accident at delivery by your wife. We have been in contact with you and you have an appointment booked at 8am Friday to replace the part . Thank you
