Two cars in one month
When things go wrong you find out who's your friend!
We bought the '21 Escape. It failed within days. HMotors collected it from our drive, left a courtesy car, replaced the fuel pump, we drove it home. Unbelievably, it failed again within days. They collected it equally fast, investigated, discovered some weird intermittent fault (computers - ugh) and immediately provided us with a different Escape (choice of four) at an even better price. No questions, no argument, instant service. Manager Steve runs a good outfit.

Bad luck and good service
No wheels! Urgent. Friendly Peter listens carefully and points me to exactly what I need. Three years old but looks and smells brand new. Just 36 hours later I drive it away delighted. But next day it broke down, undrivable!
I call. Peter is fast. A tow truck brings a loan car to my home that same day and takes mine away. Two days later my car has a new fuel pump, really is like new, all at no charge. Well done guys!
