Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the Cadillac we were purchasing. He knew the car inside and out. He spent several minutes with me in the car explaining many new features that were not on our previous Cadillac. There was only one issue with the car we were purchasing and he took care of getting the new part and having it installed within a week.
