I called to ask about a car, but it had just sold. Tom told me that a car in the same price range was coming in soon. He contacted me as soon as it came in because I was going out of town later in the week, and I test drove it the same day. I liked the car, but since it had just come in from auction it wasn't detailed yet, so I wasn't sure about buying it. Tom said I could put a fully refundable deposit on the car, and make a decision when it was ready to go. I did, and a few days later I saw the car again. It was in great shape, and I bought it.
