I was carefully listened to by Mr. Dion and never felt pressured. Mr. Dion spent many hours with me and went over all aspects of the car as well as the financing. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted and needed. We test drove the car and all the features and options of the car were explained to me in detail and shown to me in the car. (eg Onstar, seat positions, trunk, electronics, wifi, etc). I was introduced to the staff members and managers at OMS and to the person who would be involved in servicing my car.
