Appointment times don’t matter

Dropped car off night before for a 7:40 am appointment, generic notification at 9:50 am acknowledging my car is there. 3 phone calls and a text message still unable to reach my service advisor. Finally called back 1.5 hrs later saying they haven’t even looked at my car. Drove by at 1:30pm (6 hrs after scheduled appointment) and my car was still sitting in the spot I left it in. Why do we book appointment times if they can’t even see your car to diagnose an issue within 6 hrs? Customer service has really fallen off over the last few years. If the little things count, they’re really missing the mark.
