Worst dealership

The receptionist is not respectful at all. First, she refuses to adress the call to the required departement. I called few days ago and asked to speak to a service advisor, she refused, asked for my phone number and name and said that someone will call me which did not happen. Second, she does not always pick up the phone during business hours. Also, she is very disrespectful towards customers: after my car was done, she handed out the keys and the paperwork, almost throwing it at my face and when I asked where was my car parked, she pointed and said out there. Usually, the cars serviced are parked close to the door or the service parking lot but mine was at the very end of the visitor parking and she refused to show me where it was. Receptionists laughing, chatting together at reception desk eating most of the time (Ubereat / Skip the Dishes delivering food to them) and lack to do their work properly and in a respectful manner. The receptionist is the facade of the dealership: with such a disrespectful and arrogant receptionist, no one would like to go to the dealership.
