Worst dealership
This is the worst dealership anyone can deal with in all aspects:
1) Receptionist very disrespectful and does not direct calls.
2) Business Office Executive Natalie C. does not reply to emails. What a great way to respect customers! Very unprofessional!
3) Sales representative and delivery team are not transparent. Problems and issues with the car to be sold are not disclosed but at the opposite, a checklist that everything was / is checked and is in good working condition with no issues at all has been provided. The car had some issues and the sales representative was aware of it.
I highly do not recommend this dealership, their lack of respect and professionalism, dishonety and disrepct.
