Closed a deal on February 20 2025, couldn't take possession of the new vehicle until a week later, February 28. A check was finally sent by snail mail March 5, 2025, it is now March 14, 2025, and my previous loan is still active and not paid off, as was expected. Not one person at the Lr Sackville office seemed genuinely interested in helping to fix this.
