Excuses galore, poor service.
Improperly licensed, delayed repairs, argue with manager regarding licensing, waiting for spare key, no spare tire or jack (cheap bottle jack and spare eventually came) spare tire throw into van instead of being mounted in proper carrier. Rattling door found during pre- purchase road test never repaired.
