My service need was for an intermittent problem with the vehicle not responding when trying to accelerate on the 401. Joe Pozderec was very attentive and listened to the problem and the initial process of getting the car looked at with the focus it needed was great.
The mechanic identified a faulty water pump and my car was repaired and returned but unfortunately broke down the day after picking the car up due to overheating and it needed to be taken back in . Frustrating, the mechanic had either not tightened the gaskets doing the repair and or he had faulty gaskets causing it to leak engine coolant and overheating.
Your dealership did without hesitation look at the car again and repaired it at no charge. It is great to see the dealer fully stand behind the service work that it does. Being able to work with Joe Pozderec, the Service Consultant was great because he followed it through from the start through the bad times and then finally to the right repair. Thanks Joe the car is working great again!
