Lackluster
Although the service representative was friendly, I was not kept informed about the progress of my vehicle. Especially at the end of the day, I still hadn't heard anything so I called in to get an update. First, I couldn't get in touch with Crystal because she was either gone for the day or busy. Then when I talked to one of the receptionists, they were unsure as the service that had been done hadn't been tallied yet or printed out. Overall, needs improvement for customer satisfaction.
