It was OK nothing that I would tell people about being good or bad.
Had my vehicle booked in for an 8:15 appointment had to sit out side the doors for 45 minutes till I got in had 2 lines people arriving after me were in the fast lane and got in before me. Service advisor was good explained everything to me. Not overly impressed about not fixing my problem telling me it was fine and that is the way it shifts. I am not fussy and realize that if it is fine then I should pay for it but I know I am not the only one with this problem and it seems like I was just sort of pushed off and told that is the way they work. I think there has to be a solution to fixing the shift problem just my view. Would like to hear back to see if anyone actually reads these surveys.
