I have a 90% satisfaction rating when OMS performs maintenance on my vehicle.

Expensive ...I don't always agree but I do understand that ....qualified ,competent and capable technicians and service costs..... I look at all the service advisors and their customer service is always impeccable... Very quick response to incomming customers and prompt updates to waiting customers ... Very relaxed athmosphere but always great professional personal interaction... I have never been dissappointed when faced with a "fixable" issue...Sadly some issues are related to GM design, or build quality, and I know some of these things are out of the realm of reasonable or advanced troubleshooting and at some point become financially unrealistic from a customer's perspective...
