Have Winter Tires Installed, Summer tires removed, tires already on rims
Dropped car off at dealership at 10:am, requesting that the Car be completed and available at 3:00PM as I had appointments. I had to keep calling the dealership, starting at 2:30PM to get a status update. finally at 4:30PM I was informed that the car was done. at 5:05PM the Shuttle arrived to take me to pick up the car.
I find that 7 hours to change 4 wheels, is excessive. I can change them in the driveway in an Hour.
But what was worse was the lack of communications.
Also, when you make an appointment, it is normally for the service to be performed. I fiound with OMS, the appointment is to see a "service advisor" and has nothing to do with when your vehicle will be services.
Being in the Service industry for 30+ years, this is not the way to run a business.
Current disposition ==> VERY DISSATISFIED
