I would have liked sales staff who were more able to share knowledge of the vehicles and exhibited more interest in them.
We bought a car.
Staff did not seem to have the time or attention to talk about the vehicles. Perhaps because of the volume of vehicles and customers sales staff cannot know much about the vehicles' traits.
Staff were respectful and matter of fact, but sometimes I felt that potential issues were being glossed over--eg. our vehicle was ready for pick up 3 days after the date promised. The lateness was blamed on the weather in Buffalo, which may have been legitimate, but no concern was expressed. We had to spend $150 extra on a rental vehicle than we had expected.
All that being said, I like the vehicle I bought and the purchase was an ok experience, and much better than our dealings with a new/used dealer in Brantford.
