Overall I was extremely happy with my experience at Listowel Kia with Jesse
My experience included taking a car for a test drive, working out financials, working out a trade-in value of my old car, purchasing winter tires and in the end purchasing a car I am completely happy with.
Both my dad and I felt valued as customers and that the people at Listowel Kia really valued and wanted our business. I think this is extemely important when purchasing a car, as we had been to a different Kia dealer before we went to listowel.
All the people we worked with were very personable and nice to deal with.

Jesse was very thorough in his sales process with us. Providing facts and features of the Sorento. Giving us options of the 2014, Demo units and 2015 models all with different payment schemes for us to choose that one the fit our budget. When confronted with obstacle he found solutions for us. He followed up with us thru the process to get the deal done and make sure we were happy. Great young salesman I appreciate, respect and have learned from.
