Transparent and Superior Buying Experience

This was my first time buying a Honda, coming from our last experience buying a vehicle. I'm a difficult buyer in some respects, as I required the loan and purchase agreement to be forwarded to review ahead of time, and required specific confirmation of accessories, terms, timing, and delivery. I'd requested email responses and no unnecessary visits or wasted time during the process. Meghan Rempel, DJ Reimer, and Abigail Mcatbag were exceptionally pleasant to deal with - professional, prompt, and honest. The loan and pricing information was transparent and provided freely, no one lied to me, and no one tried to sell me on garbage that doesn't work when you get into the finance office. I'd send friends here, certainly. I love cars, and I hate buying them, and this was a good experience. Not "relatively good", but objectively a superior experience to my last experience with a domestic brand.

So happy!!

We are so happy with our new Civic! Now that our teens have their license, a third vehicle has been life changing. We contacted Andy earlier this year to let him know what we were looking for and he took care of the rest. He has always been hard working, helpful, reliable, trustworthy and communicative when leasing our vehicles and this experience was no different. Thank you Andy!

Great Experience

Went to see Dylan but since he was busy Joseph started the process of buying a new Pilot for us. The process was going so smoothly that we ended up doing the whole deal with Joseph. He was very understanding and gave honest answers when we brought up concerns. Dylan still made sure to stop by to say hi when he was free and helped us out with getting the best deal through Joseph. When we went to see Manoo in financing he gave us his opinion but didn’t pressure us to take it. Such a great experience from beginning to end that we’re already working on trading in our other car.

Unproffessional staff (one we talked to) - too lazy

We (SA couple) walked in looking for a car and we were directed to this one staff member. He was too lazy to answer questions car related. He could not run a filter on the basic car specs we asked. when asked for a quote printout he asked me to take a picture on my phone instead(i had to ask twice to understand what he meant). we had no problem receiving the quotes from other dealerships on the same street both paper and paperless for the same specs we asked.
