Service

I took my vehicle in for servicing. The staff were prompt, courteous and kept me informed. Jessica (service rep) is incredibly respectful, informative and friendly. Exemplary service!

My salesman. Tony. was incredible; knew what he was talking about and a super nice guy!

Staff were courteous and helpful and my salesman was one of the nicest guys I've ever met. The vehicle I was looking at exceeded my expectations (and unfortunately what I wanted to pay, but you can't have everything!). It was the first of four dealerships that I went to and the example that the other dealerships couldn't live up to.

Service Check-In

Plain and simple. If the service department is open and I want to check in my vehicle for service, then an adviser should check me in. I do not appreciate filling out a drop box envelope when the adviser is standing there busy trying to log off and wrap things up for themselves to go home. I'm the customer right there, requiring service during your posted business hours.

Confident staff guides the customer with assurance

Although there was a delay in checking in, due to an absent employee, you could see the other service reps trying to do their best.

The buying experience was great with Dmytri, but the condition of the vehicle was problematic upon pickup..

For the most part everything was good. I can't say enough great things about Dmytri. He tailored the buying experience to my style and was fantastic to work with. The only constructive feedback that I have is that my vehicle had smudges in the paint when I picked it up and there was no one around to rectify the issue which somewhat deflated the excitement around taking the vehicle home for the first time. Also, regardless of the gas station used, the pump stops filling the gas tank with about 15 litres to spare which is an inconvenience (I'm guessing there is an issue with the tank or sensor which presumably would have been known ahead of me picking up the vehicle since it had 700 km worth of test drives on it). These issues should be looked at during my first service appointment.
