Your team took care of my problem in a good way.
Well the service manager was very a knowledgeable person and seemed to know the reason my car was overheating .He then put my buick in the hands of a knowledgeable mechanic who in turn installed a new fan and motor.

Great place to purchase a vehicle
Purchased a new car Staff here are amazing. Tracy in sales was friendly not pushy, Gareth in accounting was extremely knowledgeable They were as excited selling me my new vehicle as I was at purchasing my new car. The whole transaction from the time I entered the dealership until I left with my new ride can best be described as smooth. There was a good selection of vehicles in the lot to choose from, and a staff with all the answers There are many options when purchasing a new car, it's the people your dealing with that make the difference. That is why I most likely will return to Steele Chev for my next purchase

ONLY interested in commission - NOT Customer Service
Starting off I should have known by the initial meeting what type of salesman Gordon was. He approached me in the car lot..I said i liked the car and he gave me the keys for a test drive. He did not tell me anything about the car. I only found out it had remote start when we were negotiating the price.. when I came back from the drive, he was no where to be found. I looked around and waited 25 min until he showed up.
Gordon was not attentive, when negotiating the price of the car, he would leave to "find something out" (because he was not familiar with the car) then I would see him speaking to another customer or bringing a vehicle around for a customer to take for a test drive and when he came back he still did not have what he went for, this happened 2 or three times (this was after the price had been agreed upon).
The car had a few things that I wanted fixed. A new headlight lens as the one on the left side was considerably more yellow than the right side, this was agreed upon. Also the car stunk of cigarette smoke and the car was filthy on the inside on carpet and seats, I was told it would be cleaned . There was silver plastic peeling off the drivers handle on the inside and I asked for that to be replaced as well. I was going to be pick up the car 2 weeks later once everything was done. Gordon told me I had to call, email or text HIM to remind him to do things! (i thought this highly unprofessional) And when I did, he did not even read the emails as he would ask me questions I already told the answer to.
When I went to pick up my car, the silver handle was replaced, the car was sitting in the parking lot with 4 windows 3/4 down and there was birdshit on the driver window that ran down the glass inside the door. The car was NOT cleaned, and the headlight lens was NOT replaced. Gordon proceeded to argued with me that everything was done, and walked away. I took the car as I had no other to drive at the time.
I had a couple weeks of phone calling to Gordon and the used car Manager (Gary?) until things were done as they should have been... One of the issues was the headlight, I had asked if the headlight had been ordered and he said it was and would be arriving in a day or two...I called again 2 days later... he said no it hasnt arrived yet. So I called to the parts department who said that it shouldnt take that long to come in and checked.... the headlight for my car had not even been ordered, so I placed the order tentatively with the parts dept and called back Gordon. He seemed quiet when i knew more of what was going on with my car then he did...
The Used car manager traded cars with me for 24 hours while they replaced the headlight and cleaned my car, and it was much better, but still not 100% as there was drippings of sticky residue still in the wells in the door handle and on the carpet. I gave up and cleaned the rest myself.
All in all I would NEVER recommend Gordon. I have been telling many people about him... as in DO NOT buy from him. There was another salesman there, Mike, talking to me several times in Gordon's many absences and when I was waiting for the 3 hours to pick up my car. He answered many questions i had and I even went in recently to see if he was available as my husband was shopping for another vehicle, but sadly we found out he no longer works there, so we went to another dealership.
This was the first car I bought on my own. I was excited about doing so but the experience has left a bitter taste.. thanks to Gordon's lack of Customer Service skills

I purchased a 2015 Chev Silverado fromBrandon MacNeil who was very helpful and professional
As noted above I purchased a truck through Brandon MacNeil. An agreement was reached to have 4 winter tires on steel rims installed on my truck before we would pick it up. There was difficulty obtaining the fourth tire so there was a delay for a few days. This was simply a matter of no tires available due to the time of year. As soon as the fourth tire arrived Brandon had it installed and called us. He drove to New Minas, Nova Scotia and picked us up and brought us into the dealership in Dartmouth where we obtained our new truck. We appreciated this gesture of excellent client service very much. He was very apologetic for the delay even though there was nothing he could have done to prevent it. On a general note, I think the dealership would be served well, as would new vehicle purchasers if the dealership had an employee well trained in the information systems available in new vehicles and have a brief training session prepared for clients. Brandon did a great job in showing us the vehicle features but we did not want to keep him too as he was being paged for other clients which could have led to additional sales for him. I think the training/orientation should be done by someone other than sale staff personnel. Again, we were very pleased with our experience in working with Brandon.

I assume we are speaking about our recent visit with Jason regarding the possibility of trading our Cruze. The experience with him as always was as good as it gets.
Excellent salesperson (Jason Lapointe),trade in value for our Cruze was disappointing , offer was less than half of m.s.r.p. with less than 20,00 km.
Nice working car though , wife is happy with it and we will likely drive it for a few years and then try to pick a vehicle that holds its value a little better.
