Someone forgot to order the necessary part .
I had my car in for a door repair and was told parts were ordered and would be the following week and someone would call me . About two weeks later I called and was told that someone would call me when the parts arrived .I called several more times with the same response . Finally , after about 6 - 7 weeks I stopped in , and after about 20 minutes of searching , lo and behold the parts were located !

Replacing back tail light bulb
Had my back tail light bulb replaced very quick service but was not happy with the charges - the next time I will buy the bulb and replace myself! Everything else was excellent!

Always have great service
I had my 2012 Malibu in for recall. Due to a malfunction with electric seats when I went to pick my car up, I was provided with courtesy car till next day when problem was corrected.

Very disappointed with the warranty section of the whole business.
I do not appreciate the fact that being a so called "valued customer" gets me no where with my warranty work. I happened to pay a good deal of extra money for the warranty so that when something breaks I have peace of mind knowing I have it covered. But when I go there and you do not approve any of the items EVEN THOUGH they are on the list of whatscovered I DO NOT feel like a valued customer. This was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership and quite honestly it's been a very bad experience. Not happy with the way things worked out.
