Salesman screwed license plate into body

The salesman screwed license plate with a long screw that went into the body panel. Since I'm 8 hours away sales manager says he can't do anything.

Darrell, I'm sorry you had a less than perfect experience with us. Coming up with a satisfactory solution to this is difficult, with you being 8 hours away. We can't do much! wasn't given a true total of quote when initial appointment was made.

Called Wheaton and asked for a quote on service needed for vehicle. Was quoted a price but was not informed after asking twice for a price that there is an extra charge for disposing of the product that was removed from my vehicle. This was the first service I had paid for on my vehicle as my first two oil changes were free of charge. But, I feel when you are quoting a customer a price of a service, all the charges should be disclosed -the service -the parts-the labour-the taxes and the cost of disposing of the product that was removed from your vehicle.

Jean, I'm sorry there was confusion regarding your invoice. It's policy to advertise and quote our oil changes as starting at $59.95+tax&fees. We've had a discussion with our staff to make sure they're remembering the fees part, because we understand it can be frustrating to see something you don't expect. The $2.00 environmental fee for used oil disposal is part of that. Please accept our apologies, and we hope we'll see you again!

The staff was great.

The staff was amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable and always made the time to answer my questions. They listened to my requests and helped me find the vehicle that was the perfect fit for me.

Needed a new tire

Tok my Equinox in at &;45 and gt it back by lunch. I had had c puncture and needed a new itre.

Excellent Experience

The work was completed on time and looks like new again.I have been very happy with my Malibu.Although it is a 2010 model , I still receive compliments on its appearance.
