The 1st tire change was very quick - the 2nd one I am not sure when it was done because no one called. In fact I called twice to find out about it - the 1st one I left a message. The 2ns one was real late and I needed a pickup but no one came until 5:15 . By then I took mu sons car to do errands. Could not pick up my car til next morning.I sdhouldhave rec'd a call on my 2nd car which I didn't.

Mike Barret made it easy to finalize the deal. He was pleasant and respectful…Very important. We've visited dealerships where the sales people were not of our culture and sometimes made interaction with them uneasy and often difficult to understand. Mike was good!
