We were taken care of. Wayne was upfront and honesty is a big thing. We are very happy with the vehicle purchase we made.

Subpar customer service for 2 experiences

First experience was waiting 1.5 for courtesy car after they said they would pick me up. When I got to dealership I asked the front desk what was done. They didn't know so called over the tech. All he said was that I needed a part. I asked again what was wrong. Just said they needed to order a part. For the follow up appointment, same thing. Waited over an hour past when the car was to pick me up. Called and they said the car would be there in 5 mins. 20 minutes later the girl showed up and said it wasn't written in the books. Nice professional customer service all around. I won't be returning.

Easy, only one word i needed.

Stu made the car shopping experience easy. With kids this can be a challenge and he was wonderful! Would not hesitate to shop with him again and again!! He kept them busy so we could finalize all the details. Everyone in the dealership that evening was pleasant and engaging and really fun to be around.

Service adviser was top notch, knew exactly what was needed, fast and efficient service.

I was having command start issues. The tech came out when I pulled up to parts to purchase a new key fob, and advised me that that was what I did need. I brought the truck in later and service had the tech come to the service bay and set up the new fob. Never had to leave the service bay, and was in an out in 15 minutes. Excellent.
