Pride- quality of a job makes for happy customers
Customers are the people that pay your wages !
That being said !
After having my 2013 Equinox into your Body Shop for painting of lower doors
I never checked to see what kind of a job was done when picked up
A few days after I took it to the car wash to clean up-this is when I noticed over spray on weather strips of the doors -also drivers door did not close properly-drags on door sticker.
Response I got from body shop manager-we don't paint that part of the door where the over spray is(it got there somehow!) also what door is used the most? (drivers) the door was removed for painting -adjustment when reinstalled is not right!
Too bad that one department can down grade the rest of the Dealership because of lack of pride in the quality of work turned out!
A Dealership that I had worked for ,for 35 plus years
Since my retirement,10 years previously ,I have returned to buy and service autos.
All round great service except for the last visit !

Very first brand new vehicle!
Sold me my first brand new truck, knew everything about the the truck. Didn't have to go ask anyone for any questions I had for him! Closed the deal within 3 days! Very impressed with Adrian's sales pitch on the vehicle! Answered any questions I had for him.

Sale agrrement
The buying experience was fine. The salesman new what I was looking for and my price range and put me in a vehicle with those requests. My concern is I brought my wife and son with me and the salesman was respectful and friendly with them a told my son that he would send him $50 because he told me to buy the truck we did. (1/2 referral rate). My son still hasn't received that and quite frankly doesn't bring it up anymore. However he was wondering for awhile why he hadn't received it. I believe if you are going to say you are going to do something you follow through. I referred my parents to Wheaton. They bought a new traverse. They told the salesman I referred them, I also did not receive the referral check$100. I also wish the salesman would have thrown in a couple oil changes. Outside of that the sales experience was good. Just not excellent.
