Poor Service
Recently had a maintenance check with regular inspection, and usually the brake pads are always checked. This time it was missed and I have no clue why. Grease marks present in door panels. Always been requesting for a car wash, never happened ever since I had a service or scheduled maintenance here. Reasons for not car washing, no staff or don’t want to be bothered specially weekends. Had tried to schedule service on weekdays, asked the same request but still same reason. I have dealt with Ford, and Mitsubishi, & Mazda with my previous cars though this is the only place I experienced this kind of service.

Happy and Love my new ride!
I had some things happen when purchasing my Traverse but because everyone showed me how sorry they were and it was very evident that they wanted me to be happy! And I am very happy I chose Wheaton to buy my 2019 Traverse!

Good salesman, but the product doesn't live up to its expectations.
Rob was very good throughout the sales process. It initially started when Rob ensured I got the price that Wheaton had posted online, even though it was an incorrect price. Rob wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. We made a deal and that is when things started to go downhill. I went the following week to pick up the truck, after signing paperwork, Rob told us that the dealership had damaged the truck during cleaning and admitted that he knew about it before we signed anything. I returned the truck to get it fixed, they had it for a few days and Rob called me to say it was all fixed up and looked great. After driving 2 hours to pick up the truck, I got to the dealership and realized it was still damaged and I had been lied to. After being very unhappy with the truck for the first month of owning it, I asked Rob to get a price on my truck, 3 weeks later and I still haven't received a price. I would have appreciated him being upfront about the initial damage to my vehicle, other than that, Rob made the sales experience exciting and fun. Overall I was much happier with the sales process than the vehicle itself. I would buy another vehicle from Rob, as long as it wasn't a Chevrolet.

Whereas our vehicle needed to go back for the exact same repair within a week, it was due to a faulty replacement part. Completely understandable and unavoidable.
