Very knowlagable staff, I was treated like a King which I really like. I was informed that my issue with my truck is a glitch in the design but the next time it happens I am to bring it in ASAP so they can try and get a code from it. Being that it’s a seasonal issue it’s imposible for anyone to recreate unless their tech has my truck at the time it malfunctions. Now that I know it’s not a safety issue I’m not that worried about it.
We had another fantastic experience with Ken Prochinsky and the rest of the crew at Wheatons. He's my go-to guy! He takes care of everything and is a pleasure to deal with. It's no-nonsense and no pressure. He goes out of his way to meet every need and make you feel comfortable.
