Purchase camero
Found that Rob was very accommodating to our needs when looking for a camero. When we did finish making a deal was very impressed with the pick up of car at later date, car was clean and exactly the way I expected a new vehicle to be when picking up

Broken promises and excuses are not the path to a better business!
My wife just wanted to buy a new vehicle. While in the process of negotiating a price, was told "I will call you back tomorrow". Well...a week later, in spite of the deposit, she's still waiting to hear back. I get that it can be really busy at work sometimes, but excuses just don't cut it. if you're going to promise something, I think it's really important to keep that promise. The staff would do well to remember "DO WHAT YOU SAY, SAY WHAT YOU MEAN". To be fair, the salesman was good, it was after she looked the vehicle over that this happened.
I worked for a GM dealer for 17 years, based on my experience, this is not the path to success I can assure you.
The price of the vehicle went up almost $1000.00 from what was originally quoted and other incentives that were to be included are no longer included. WOW, nice way to run a business.

Dana was great at explaining everything about the truck
I am satisfied with the experience relevant to the purchase of the truck and the help I received in setting up my Bluetooth and other newer devices.

Tire Rotation
I went for a "Free" oil change on my car. The email I received said I needed to get my tires rotated. So I did for about $80.00. When I picked it up I didn't look at my tires. When I picked up my friend she noticed that on one side both hub caps were damaged and one tire was gouged. So I took it back to Wheaton's. I had told them that they needed to use the key that I had left out to remove the tires. I went back and said that the car was in perfect shape when I brought it in and that the rims, tire was not damaged when I brought it in. They claim that I hit the sidewalk. Wouldn't you think that I would know that I hit a sidewalk! There are so many sensors on that car that one can't get close to anything without a sensor going off. So I am NOT IMPRESSED. So much for buying a NEW car!
