Scott Bridge was the salesperson I dealt with and he was amazing at matching my needs/wants with reality. He took the time to explain the vehicles he was showing and answered all of my questions.
The service team was also amazing and went above and beyond with making sure the vehicle was ready to go in a very quick timeframe.
Within the past week I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram Laramie from Stop 23. The salesman Jared Bieman was helpful assisting me in having the car brought in from another salesman on a Sunday morning. All questions were handled in a professional manner and if he did not know the answer said so! When the car was picked up the car he explained everything fully to myself and my wife. I ordered the installation of a 5th wheel hitch but later found I only needed the rails and asked that the hitch be returned and that I would then be credited. Although I have not yet received the credit I am expecting it shortly.
The few phone calls made to the Sales Manager Bill Watson and the shop were handled in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
