Stop 23 Auto Sales

I came into just to view a vehicle I had seen on the lot, and had such a wonderful experience I completed the deal the same day!

Overall my experience was pretty good. Randy is a really good salesmen, but I am disappointed in the fact that he still has yet to reply to my email about a big scratch on my passenger side window that I sent to him a week ago. There was a chip in my windshield that the guys some how missed, so they did replace that for me with no charge, but when I picked up my jeep after the repair, me and my boyfriend noticed a few large scratches on the passenger window. I asked Randy about it and he said it was just in the tint (there is no tint on my front windows). I emailed him again in regards to this and have yet to hear a reply. Other than that it was a fairly good experience, but would still like that window replaced or fixed, as it was not pointed out to me before the sale.

No pressure sales, Tim answered any questions we had and showed us several vehicles that would suit our needs. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Tim for your vehicle purchase.
